The Fifth Season store, the House of Ski & Board in Mount Shasta City, and the Hermits Hut out of Redding, CA can outfit you for your trip up the Mountain. These sport shops specialize in skiing, climbing, and mountaineering equipment. The Sportsmen's Den in Mount Shasta City, specializes in ski and snowboard equipment. All shops also carry gear and equipment for other types of outdoor sports. If you're renting before you get here, check with your any REI store or your local mountaineering shop.

Rental equipment should be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance!

Shasta Base Camp - Established Spring 2006 Shasta Base Camp is a grass roots company dedicated to the community and the outdoor industry. Our philosophy is to be proactive in the community through events, such as product demo's, slide shows and movie events, clinics and more. We have created an environment where local athletes can come and get information, give input into how we can better support our outdoor community or just hang out! The Fifth Season The Fifth Season ~ The Fifth Season is headquarters for skiers, climbers, and snowboarders exploring Mt. Shasta. As a North Face demo store, The Fifth Season offers a complete selection of the finest mountaineering and ski gear as well as the most current rental and demo equipment for Mt. Shasta adventures. The Sportsmen's Den The Sportsmen's Den has been dealing with skis and snowboards for over 25 years, so when it comes to repair or performance enhancement, we know our stuff. We offer a variety of different services for snowboards which include mounting, adjustments, waxes, tunes, grinds, patch work, delamination repairs, or any other work you may need done. All shop employees are trained on ski, binding and boots.

Hermit's Hut Outdoor Specialties is an outdoor sports and gear shop located in northern California. At Hermit's Hut our goal is simple.
